May 2002 Global Graphics sells its Hardware division to a management buy-out team and emerges as a pure software business
February 2002 Global Graphics becomes part of Euronext Next Economy segment

2001 In April Global Graphics is listed on Euronext Brussels (GLOG). In June Global Graphics combines and renames hardware and printing software subsidiaries into two divisions worldwide: Global Graphics Hardware and Global Graphics Software
October 2000 Acquisition of the assets of the MaxWorkFlow product line to support the Company's strategy in document management and workflow
August 2000 Acquisition of the assets of the digital printing arm of the UK-based 5D Solutions Ltd. The Company acquires the required software to penetrate the rapidly growing middle market segment (Jaws RIP and PDF)
January 2000 Creation of Xanalys, to group together Harlequin's Information Management expertise
July 1999 Acquisition of Harlequin Ltd in the UK and Harlequin Inc in the USA, through which the Company gains a strong foothold in the fast-growing digital printing industry
1999 Jim Freidah appointed COO Printing Software. Alain Pronost joins the Company as CFO. Acquisition of the UK-based Heights and Technigraph, providing Global Graphics with a leading position in the manufacturing of lithographic printing process pre-press equipment
1998 IPO on Easdaq (became Nasdaq Europe) at Euro 5.79 per share. Jim Freidah joins Global Graphics as Vice President of Business Development. Acquisition of Kelleigh (USA) and AZ (Italy), main competitors of Photomeca, resulting in Global Graphics becoming the worldwide leader in the manufacturing of flexographic printing process pre-press equipment.
1996 Global Graphics SA established and acquires Pompey-based Photomeca, a leading manufacturer of flexographic printing process pre-press equipment
1986 Harlequin Ltd (UK) and Harlequin Inc. (US) established. Rapidly become a leader in digital software for the printing industry.
