TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR COMMERCIAL & GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS
What is the Corporate Licensing Plan (CLP)
The Global Graphics CLP is a simple volume licensing program applicable to the gDoc range of products that is primarily designed for commercial and government organizations with 500 employees or more.
The CLP is a cost efficient way of purchasing multiple end user licenses while benefiting from significant discounts. The CLP enables you to establish your applicable discount level for future purchases of gDoc products from your preferred Corporate Licensing Centre.
If you purchase gDoc™ Fusion licenses under the CLP you are entitled to receive technical support and maintenance services at no additional charge during the Term of the CLP as described below.
Availability of CLP
The CLP is available through all participating Global Graphics Corporate Licensing Centers ("CLC").
The CLC will fulfills any order directly with you or via your preferred reseller.

Products available for purchase via CLP
The following products are currently available for purchase via the CLP:
gDoc™ Fusion
gDoc PDF Server™
Other Global Graphics products will be added to the CLP from time to time. Global Graphics will notify you of the availability of any new products under the CLP by e-mail.
All products are available in ESD (electronic software delivery) format.
Pricing
For applicable pricing please contact your preferred CLC. Your preferred CLC is free to determine their own prices for the gDoc™ range of products.
Currencies
Pricing may vary depending on exchange rate fluctuations and other factors; therefore we cannot guarantee that the gDoc pricing will be the same worldwide. The applicable currency is determined by the location of the end user. By way of illustration, an order for an end user based in Germany would be subject to the Euro Price List.
How do we calculate your discount level?
a. Commercial Entities
If you are a commercial entity, your discount level is determined by the total number of employees in your organization regardless of where they are located. See table below. A member of the Global Graphics sales team or your preferred CLC can help you with establishing your correct discount level. If your organization is located in more than one country your discount level will apply worldwide.
The table below indicates the standard CLP tiers:
Level
Total Number of Employees
Level 0
500 to 1,499
Level 1
1,500 to 4,999
Level 2
5,000 to 14,999
Level 3
15,000 and above
b. Government Entities
Government discount levels are also determined by the number of employees in your organization/department. Contact your CLC for details of your applicable discount.
Improving your discount level
You may increase your discount level by combining with your parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates. You will need to detail all participating parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates on your enrolment form. You are responsible for ensuring that any parent company, subsidiary or affiliate complies with the terms and conditions of the CLP.
For the purposes of the CLP, a parent company, subsidiary or affiliate means any entity which directly or indirectly owns or controls your organization, is owned or controlled by your organization, or is under common ownership or common control by your organization, as the case may be.
Convenient license acquisition process
All products are offered in ESD [Electronic Software Download] format. Installation is straightforward with one software serial number per product being issued to you. The software serial number is automatically registered with Global Graphics and all future end user license purchases are recorded against this serial number. You must ensure that the software serial number is adequately safeguarded in order to avoid potential misuse.
Orders
You will need to quote your CLP Reference Number each time you place any orders with your preferred CLC for end user licenses, upgrades or maintenance contracts. Refer to CLP Reference Number section below.
Number of licenses in use in your organization
You must make sure that the number of end user licenses in use in your organization (or that of your parent company, subsidiaries or affiliates) is consistent with the number of licenses actually purchased by your organization from time to time. You and your parent company, affiliates and subsidiaries must retain accurate records of the number of end user licenses that you have deployed for verification purposes.
You must not exceed the total number of end user licenses indicated on any purchase order(s) previously issued by you without notifying your nominated CLC and ordering and paying for any additional licenses that you are using. You must issue orders for end user licenses in the same month that you install, use, or deploy end user licenses.
Audit
In order to confirm your license usage, Global Graphics, or an independent certified auditor, may conduct an audit once a year to confirm that your deployment of end user licenses is consistent with the number of end user licenses you have ordered. We will provide you with written notice of our requirement to undertake an audit, but in any event it will not be less than 30 days notice. We will try and schedule an audit at a time that is convenient to you and any such audit shall not unreasonably interfere with your normal business operations. With respect to any portion of the gDoc range of products licensed from third parties, Global Graphics reserves the right to assign its right to audit your license usage to its third party licensor(s).
