The following is a non-exhaustive list of education establishments that qualify to become a member of the ELP:

Any academic establishment, such as a College, School, High School, University, Higher Education Institution, College of Further Education, Graduate Schools, Adult Education Center, Institute of Technology, Research Councils or other similar educational establishment.

Other Global Graphics products may be added to the ELP from time to time. Global Graphics will notify you of the availability of any new products under the ELP by e-mail.

All products are available in ESD (electronic software delivery) format.

The ELP is available through all participating Global Graphics Education Licensing Centers ("ELC").

The ELC fulfills any order directly with you or via your preferred education reseller.

The use of the products is intended for the normal activities of an education establishment including by way of example and not by way of limitation:

• Teaching;
• Research;
• Personal educational development;
• Administration and management of the business of the education establishment;
• Development work associated with any of the above;

but excluding paid-for consultancy work or services leading to commercial exploitation of the Products.

Educational establishments may purchase annual or extended term site licenses for one or more designated locations or sites.

For applicable site license pricing please contact your preferred ELC. Your preferred ELC is free to determine their own prices for the gDoc range of products.

All products are offered in ESD format. Installation is straightforward with one software serial number per product being issued to you. The software serial number is automatically registered with Global Graphics. You must ensure that the software serial number is adequately safeguarded in order to avoid potential misuse.

You must quote your ELP Reference Number each time you place any orders with your preferred ELC for site licenses, upgrades or maintenance contracts. Refer to ELP Reference Number section below.

Global Graphics may upon reasonable notice send a representative, including its third party beneficiaries, to the education establishment site to verify compliance with the site license. The licensors of Global Graphics are intended third party beneficiaries of any site license and Global Graphics and its licensors are, individually or jointly, entitled to enforce a site license in their own name against the ELP.

All Global Graphics' products licensed under the ELP are subject to the applicable EULA accompanying the pProducts. The EULA is an on-line electronic license that you must accept prior to installing or using the software. In the event of any direct conflict, the terms and conditions of the ELP take precedence over the EULA.

The ELP commences on the date that you activate your ELP membership and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) months. Thereafter the ELP shall continue until either you or Global Graphics give notice of termination by providing thirty (30) days prior written notice. Global Graphics may suspend or terminate your ELP membership at any time if you do not abide with the ELP terms and conditions.

After you have submitted your enrolment form, you will receive an e-mail from Global Graphics providing you with details of how to activate your ELP membership. After your ELP membership has been activated Global Graphics will send you an e-mail to confirm your ELP Reference Number.

If you purchase a gDoc Fusion site license under the ELP you are entitled to receive technical support and maintenance at no additional charge during the term of the site license. As part of Global Graphics maintenance and support services you will receive updates, patches and upgrades made available by Global Graphics' from time to time in accordance with Global Graphics normal release schedule. You will also be entitled to receive technical support via e-mail directly from Global Graphics' in addition to the knowledge base gDoc web support pages.

Any maintenance & support services provided to you under the ELP are subject to Global Graphics' then current maintenance & support terms and conditions. For full details of Global Graphics' maintenance & support terms and conditions click here.

Global Graphics have the right to use your name and/or logo throughout the term of the ELP for the sole purposes of describing you as an educational customer of Global Graphics and a participant in the ELP. Global Graphics reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the ELP at anytime, subject to providing you with thirty (30) days prior written notice. If you do not wish to accept the modifications to the ELP you may terminate the ELP by providing written notice to Global Graphics.
