Acton, US, May 27, 2010, Global Graphics (NYSE-Euronext: GLOG), a developer of e-document software, has announced today that its desktop software application gDoc Fusion has been approved for the United States General Services Administration (GSA) schedule - GS-35F-0021L. GSA provides access to commercial services and products for government agencies. Under the GSA Schedule procurement managers from Federal, State and Local government agencies can engage with pre-approved suppliers and products. The approval has been awarded to Global Graphics’ US reseller Annapolis Technologies, a veteran-owned, HUBZone business. Fredrik Salvesen, CEO at Annapolis says, "The Federal customers that we have spoken to already about gDoc Fusion are very excited about what it offers because it solves a common business problem - at last here is a way of bringing together files in different formats quickly with a drag and drop. In terms of creating, editing and archiving PDFs for business, it’s a fraction of the price of Adobe. We believe that this product is so compelling for government agency use and at such an attractive price that we will capture part of the Government market." gDoc Fusion is a quick and easy to use desktop software application that allows multiple incompatible files to be merged into a single document through a simple drag and drop action. It enables users to create a summary, report or other document that combines spreadsheets, slides, images, text, PDFs and more than 200 other types of document. Users simply drag files into gDoc Fusion pick the pages they want and press save – no extra formatting or conversion is required. Gary Fry, CEO, Global Graphics, comments: "We know that office workers can waste hours each week trying to combine documents together into reports. While technology is supposed to be making our lives easier, we are overwhelmed by the sheer volume of different document types required for basic tasks. gDoc Fusion addresses this need and we are delighted that government agencies will have access to it through Annapolis at very attractive volume discounts." gDoc Fusion can be trialled for free for 30 days by downloading the software from http://www.globalgraphics.com/gdoc. It is available under Annapolis Technologies' GSA Schedule GS-35F-0021L www.annapolistech.com/gsa.
