On booth D-22 Global Graphics Software will be demonstrating the latest release of the Harlequin Host Renderer SDK which enables digital print vendors to build high-performance digital front ends to drive their presses without incurring an uneconomically high bill of materials. The Harlequin Host Renderer also acts as a high-speed, lightweight renderer for use in a wide variety of web-based services, or embedded into applications that need to display pages.
Also on the booth will be the Harlequin Server RIP. Trusted and used in production systems since 1988 this fully-featured RIP processes PDF, PostScript and XPS natively in one engine for CtP, proofing, light digital production and other pre-press applications.
To support your mobile printing initiative on display will be a number of options that are straightforward to deploy and enable a quick and simple solution for the mobile user. By integrating Global Graphics technology into your cloud strategy or your printing devices you make it possible to print any type of file from a wide variety of mobile devices; not just PDF or image formats but Microsoft Office files too.
Making its debut at Page will be the gDoc Binder platform the electronic equivalent of the loose leaf binder or organiser and the missing link in information workflows. gDoc Binder meets the need for users to assemble information quickly and overcomes the problem of data often being fragmented into multiple remote locations and document types. The adaptability of the natural user interface is the key to realizing strong returns on investment for software vendors.
