The Company has not distributed any dividends since its inception in late November 1996. It is not the Company’s intention to propose such a distribution to shareholders in the near future.
Financial service
As a result, the Company has so far not appointed any Belgian bank to provide a financial service to retail investors with regard to the Company’s shares.
Share registrar
Form of shares
As indicated in Article 9 of the Company’s Articles of association, the Company’s shares may be held in the shareholder’s name under nominative form with the Company’s share registrar or, whenever permitted by applicable law and regulations and wished by the holder of the Company’s shares, as shares held in securities accounts in the name of the shareholder maintained by accredited financial intermediaries.
