Availability of the Annual Financial Report for 2007

The French and English versions of the Company’s annual report may be downloaded from the investor section of the Company’s website at: www.globalgraphics.com.
Should you wish to receive one or several printed copies of this report, please let us know by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: investor-relations@globalgraphics.com, or a request in writing to the Company’s registered office.

This report also includes:
  • the Board of Directors’ report on the Company’s operations for the year ended 31 December 2007, as required by article L. 225-100 of the Commercial Code;
  • the Board of Directors’ report on the grants of options to the Company’s shares or of shares granted at no cost to the recipient, and the repurchases of own shares which occurred in the year ended 31 December 2007;
  • the Chairman of the Board’s report on the preparation and organisation of the Board of Directors’ work and the internal control procedures implemented by the Company as required by article L. 225-37 of the Commercial Code; and
  • the disclosure of the amount of fees paid to the Company’s auditors for the year ended 31 December 2007 as required by article 222-8 of the Règlement général of the AMF.
