Re-appointment of James Freidah as CEO of Global Graphics
On 25 April 2008 the Board of
Directors of Global Graphics SA (NYSE-Euronext: GLOG) voted to re-appoint
James Freidah as CEO of the Company, for a one-year period ending at the
close of the meeting of the Company’s shareholders that will be convened
in 2009 to approve the accounts for the year ending 31 December 2008.
In the same meeting, the Board also voted to re-appoint Gareth Jones as the chairman of the Company’s audit committee, and to appoint Pierre Van Beneden as a member of the Company’s audit committee as well as a member and the chairman of the Company’s remuneration committee.
