Global Graphics’ Harlequin® and Jaws® RIPs offer native PostScript® and PDF processing for faster performance and more accurate file rendition. The Harlequin RIP’s rich feature set includes many pre-press processes that normally run on separate applications, such as color management, trapping and imposition, that have contributed towards the RIP’s reputation as a ‘workflow in a box’. The Jaws RIP is a kernel interpreter around which application developers can wrap layers of functionality and incorporate third party tools.
CTP

The Harlequin RIP provides concurrent PDF/X validation and proofing. Color management is provided by ColorPro. The Jaws RIP offers a flexible API for developers of proofing applications who can add their own 3 rd party color management as part of their whole solution.

The high-performance Harlequin RIP has an outstanding reputation for speed and reliability. For DI presses you need this fast and efficient JDF-enabled engine to maintain productivity.
