Harlequin VariData greatly accelerates the printing of variable data jobs that were saved either as PDF/VT or as regular PDF. It is one of the unique features of the Harlequin Host Renderer that gives it amazing power and productivity.

VDP jobs put unique pressures on your digital front end; if every page is different then every page must be rendered ... at engine speed or faster. So it must process variable jobs as efficiently as possible, to ensure that the digital press runs at rated speed without the bill of materials (BoM) for the DFE being disproportionately high in comparison to the cost of the press itself. With Harlequin as the engine driving your press you can be assured you’ll get the fastest performance possible, whether it’s for jobs heavy with live transparency or variable vector graphics and images.

Harlequin VariData comes in two forms, providing maximum benefit from any post-RIP recomposition technology you may have, but also delivering acceleration entirely within the RIP if that's what you need.
